Financial Modeling and Valuations
A valuation answers one question: what is this worth? A financial model shows how the business could perform. We build both, so you can see the numbers and the thinking behind them.
Who it is for
- Owners preparing for a sale, a new partner or a family discussion
- Investors checking what a business is worth before they commit
- Boards and CFOs who need a model for planning or fundraising
- Advisers who want an independent review of a model
What we do
- Build integrated models with an income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Value businesses using discounted cash flow (DCF)
- Compare with similar listed companies and past deals
- Test results with sensitivity tables and scenarios
- Review and check models built by others
What you get
- An Excel model driven by formulas, so your team can use it
- A valuation summary showing the range and how each method contributes
- An assumptions book that explains every key number
- Sensitivity tables that show what moves the value
- A short plain-English memo
How it works

- GatherWe collect the accounts and agree the assumptions that matter most.
- BuildWe build the model and run the valuation methods.

What we need from you
- Historical financial statements

Questions
Which valuation method is best?
No single method is best. We usually use more than one, such as DCF and market multiples, and compare the results. When they agree, you can be more confident. When they differ, we explain why.
Do I get the Excel model?
Yes, so you and your team can use and update it.
Can you review a model someone else built?
Yes. We check the logic, the formulas and the assumptions, and report what we find.
