Advisory for businesses and investors in the GCC

Family-owned groups, growing mid-sized companies, project sponsors and investors across the Gulf make decisions that are large, relationship-driven and often cross-border. We bring clear numbers and plain explanations to those decisions.

Typical situations

  • A family group planning succession, a partial sale or a new partner
  • A company growing by acquisition and needing a valuation and due diligence
  • A sponsor funding infrastructure, energy or utilities through project finance
  • An investor weighing a property purchase or a portfolio
  • A business raising capital from regional or international investors
  • A foreign company or investor looking at an opportunity in the Gulf

Corridors we work on

  • Gulf to India: Gulf investors and family offices looking at Indian businesses
  • Europe to Gulf: European companies looking for partners and capital in the Gulf
  • Within the Gulf: deals between companies in different GCC countries

How we work with you

We work online, across time zones, by video, phone, email and WhatsApp. The founder has more than ten years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and India. We are comfortable with IFRS-based accounts and with the main Gulf currencies and US dollars.

Please note. We provide financial analysis and advice on the numbers. We do not give legal, tax or regulatory advice. We work alongside your own advisers in each country.

Questions

Do you work with clients in every GCC country?

We work online with clients in any GCC country. Local legal, tax and regulatory advice always comes from advisers in the country concerned, and we coordinate with them.

Do you use Gulf-specific data for valuations?

Where it exists, yes. Many Gulf valuations rely on emerging-market and global benchmarks and on local comparables. We explain which data we used and why, so you can check it.
